DailyHub Pro Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The DailyHub account needed to enter is free, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Instagram is not required: see the Alternate method of entry (Section 5). Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Jeff Thompson, doing business as DailyHub (dailyhub.io) ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@dailyhub.io.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if older) when they enter. Sponsor, its contractors, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

The giveaway starts at 12:00 AM ET on October 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

No purchase is necessary. There are two free ways to enter: the Instagram method below, or the email method in Section 5. A free DailyHub account is required for either method. Both methods have the same odds.

Instagram method. Complete all of these steps during the Promotion Period:

Create a free DailyHub account (or sign in to one you have) at dailyhub.io. The account is free. No payment method, purchase, or paid plan is needed.
Comment on the giveaway post on @dailyhub.io in your own words. Tagging other people is never required. If your comment mentions the giveaway, please include #DailyHubGiveaway.
Submit the entry card in the DailyHub app with your Instagram handle. Your email address comes from your DailyHub account.

Instagram is free to join and use. Before the drawing, Sponsor will check that each entrant's Instagram account commented on the giveaway post. Instagram entries without a comment from the entered handle are not eligible. Following @dailyhub.io is welcome but not required. (Updated October 7, 2026: following @dailyhub.io was removed as an entry requirement. This only makes entering easier; entries already submitted are unaffected.) Do not tag people or content inaccurately.

5. Alternate method of entry

No Instagram? You can enter by emailing hello@dailyhub.io with the subject "Giveaway entry" and the email address on your free DailyHub account. Email entries have the same odds as Instagram entries. One entry per person.

No purchase is necessary. A free DailyHub account is required for either method, so create one (or sign in) at dailyhub.io before you email. Email entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 30, 2026. Entries received after that, or that name an email address with no DailyHub account, are void. You do not need to follow, comment on, or have an Instagram account to enter this way.

6. Entry limits

One entry per person, per DailyHub account, per email address, and per Instagram account, counting both methods together: entering by Instagram and by email still gives you one entry. Submitting again does not add entries. Using more than one account or email address, someone else's Instagram account, scripts, or any automated means will void all of that person's entries. Incomplete, false, or late entries are void.

7. Prize

3 winners will each receive 3 months of DailyHub Pro at no cost, applied to the DailyHub account used to enter. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $29.97 per prize, based on the $9.99/month Pro price shown at dailyhub.io. Total ARV of all prizes is $89.91. Pro starts when the prize is applied and ends automatically after 3 months. No payment method is needed and nothing renews. If a winner already pays for Pro, Sponsor will pause or credit 3 months of that subscription. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

8. Drawing and odds

On October 31, 2026, Sponsor will select the winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period: verified Instagram entries and valid email entries, in one pool. Each eligible person has one equal chance, whichever method they used, and a person can win only once. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address on their DailyHub account within 2 days of the drawing. Sponsor may also send a direct message on Instagram from @dailyhub.io to Instagram entrants. Sponsor will only contact winners from hello@dailyhub.io or @dailyhub.io and will never ask for payment, a password, or financial information. A winner must reply within 7 days to claim the prize, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn at random. Sponsor may require a winner to confirm eligibility.

10. Platform release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Reddit, X, or TikTok. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Reddit, X, and TikTok from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. Questions or comments about the promotion should go to Sponsor, not to any of these platforms.

11. Privacy

Sponsor stores your DailyHub account ID, email address, Instagram handle (Instagram entries only), how and when you entered, and how you found the giveaway (for example, the link you clicked) to run this giveaway. Sponsor will not sell this information. See the Privacy Policy.

12. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the giveaway can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend it and award the prizes by random drawing among eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical problems. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from liability related to the giveaway or the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Winners list

For the winners' first names and states (if they agree), email hello@dailyhub.io with the subject "Giveaway winners" by December 31, 2026.
